Spent here 6 good nights, no better place to stay. Location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, close to grocery stores, supermarket close by for self catering, and central Miami.

our overnight stay at acqua bay luxury was exceptional. having previously stayed in bay harbor islands, we were pleasantly surprised by how this apartment exceeded our expectations. it was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished. the view from the waterfront balcony was breathtaking, and the rooftop pool was a perfect spot for relaxation.
One minor issue with the bathroom.

Thanks for amazing stay, having setting very close to the bal harbor mall. It has bright room with a beautiful view, good job. The apartment has magnificent right by a quiet area, the beach and restaurant and heels.

We had a wonderful stay in a bright and spacious apartment with beautiful views. The living area was impressively spacious with a balcony that overlooked the bay. The apartment had everything we needed, including luxurious appliances and furniture. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the Bal Harbor mall, and in a quiet area of town. The building was brand new and secure, with a rooftop pool and spa jacuzzi that offered breathtaking views. The property managers were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We did notice some little worms in the apartment, although it was otherwise clean and well-maintained.

For the value, Acqua Bay Luxury Apartments exceeded my expectations. The room was fabulous with a spacious balcony and amazing ocean views. The location was convenient, close to shopping and dining options. The staff, especially Edward, were courteous and responsive throughout our stay.
The breakfast options could be improved.
